Rules and Regulations

1. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on May 4 and will run until June 6, closing at 11:59 p.m. ET on the final day of the Giveaway Period (the “Giveaway Period”). There is one (1) grand prize (the "Prize") available to be won from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter
To enter the Fanshawe Alumni Heemans Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), participants must submit an entry through the Fanshawe Alumni PERKS website or mobile application during the Giveaway Period.

3. Sponsor
The Giveaway sponsor is the Fanshawe College Alumni Association (the “Giveaway Sponsor”).

4. Eligibility
To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must:

Be a registered PERKS member

Have a fully completed perks profile

Be a graduate of Fanshawe College (defined as having an official transcript with a “Graduated” status)

Employees of the Advancement and Alumni department are not eligible to enter. Other staff and faculty may enter if they meet the graduate requirement.

5. Prize
There is one (1) prize consisting of:

One (1)Heemans Gift Card valued at $500 

The Prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Prize Conditions
The winner is responsible for any expenses not explicitly included. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The Giveaway Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize if necessary.

If the winner is under the age of majority, parental or guardian consent is required.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
A random draw will take place in London, Ontario following the close of the Giveaway Period. The selected entrant will be contacted via email within seven (7) business days.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within that time, or does not meet eligibility requirements, another winner will be drawn.

8. General Conditions
All decisions by the Giveaway Sponsor are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, or misdirected entries

Technical errors or system failures

Any issues related to entry submission

The Giveaway Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time.

9. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Laws
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
